Glass Staircase Railing Prices Lithuania 2026
Prices for glass staircase railings (supply and installation):
U-channel floor system with laminated VSG glass (e.g. 2×8 mm or 2×10 mm toughened laminate): from €2,720 for a typical 3 m staircase / mezzanine railing (Vilnius, installation included). The exact price depends on length, height, handrail and finish.
The price of a straight staircase railing depends on its length, glass type and hardware finish. Spiral or L-shaped staircases cost more due to custom cutting and additional installation time.
Glass Balcony Railing Prices
For outdoor balconies (continuous anodised aluminium floor profile, laminated VSG glass): from €4,560 for a typical 5 m balcony / terrace balustrade (Vilnius, installation included).
What Affects the Price?
The main factors that change the price of a glass railing project:
Glass type — for stairs, balconies and terraces we use only laminated (VSG) glass: a broken toughened pane crumbles and leaves an open gap, while laminated glass stays in place because the interlayer holds it.
Hardware finish — standard brushed steel is cheapest; matte black and gold finishes cost 15–30% more.
System type — U-channel is typically cheaper than point-fixed clamps.
Height and shape — standard 1000–1100 mm height is most economical; taller panels or curved glass cost significantly more.
Access and site conditions — upper-floor work, tight staircases or limited site access adds installation time and cost.
