2. What data do we collect?

When you use our website, contact form or newsletter subscription, you may provide the following personal data:

• Message content

For technical purposes (site operation and security) we collect: IP address, browser type, page view time. Only if you consent to analytics cookies, traffic and usage data is collected by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (including session recordings — how you navigate the page).

3. Purposes of processing

• To send the newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)

4. Retention periods

Enquiry data is kept for 12 months from the last contact. Contract data — 10 years as required by Lithuanian law. Newsletter subscription data — until you unsubscribe. Analytics cookies — up to 2 years (details in the Cookie policy).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except service providers that process it on our behalf and comply with the GDPR: our website hosting provider, the email and newsletter service (Brevo), and — if you consent to analytics cookies — Google (Google Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity). Google and Microsoft may also process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA), applying safeguards recognised by the EU.
