1. General provisions

These terms of use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the website stiklosprendimai.lt (the "Website"). The Website is operated by UAB "Kevalita", company code 305425104, address: Tarandės g. 34A, LT-14188 Vilnius, Lithuania (the "Company").

By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website is for information purposes — it presents the Company's services: measuring, system selection, ordering to individual dimensions and installation of glass partitions, railings, shower enclosures, doors and other glass products. Products with installation are agreed individually via the contact form, email or phone. Orders in the hardware shop (/parduotuve) are governed by separate terms of sale (/parduotuve/taisykles).

3. Intellectual property

All Website content (texts, images, logo, design, code) is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes without the Company's written consent is prohibited.

You may save Website pages for personal use (e.g. for viewing), but publishing or reproducing the content is prohibited.

Information on the Website ("from" prices, lead times, product descriptions) is indicative. The exact price and terms for each project are given in an individual quote. The Company gives no warranty as to the accuracy of the information on the Website, although we try to keep it up to date.

The Company is not liable for losses arising from technical failures of the Website, errors or disruptions of third-party services.
