Cookie policy
Updated 26 September 2026
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. Your browser's local storage works in a similar way — in this policy we describe it together with cookies.
2. Who is responsible?
The website stiklosprendimai.lt is operated by UAB Kevalita, company code 305425104, Tarandės g. 34A, LT-14188 Vilnius, Lithuania, email info@stiklosprendimai.lt. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
3. Which cookies do we use?
Necessary — used without consent, because the site would not work properly without them:
- cookie-consent-v2 (browser local storage) — remembers your cookie choice and its date, so we do not show the consent banner on every visit. Kept until you clear the site data in your browser.
- sp_hero_cta_variant (browser local storage) — remembers which of two main-button labels we show you, so it does not change on every visit. Stores no personal data.
Analytics — used only after you consent to analytics cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — traffic statistics: which pages are read, where visitors come from, how many enquiries are sent. Cookies: _ga (distinguishes visitors, up to 2 years) and _ga_* (keeps session state, up to 2 years).
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — usage analytics and session recordings: how visitors scroll, where they click, which parts cause difficulty. We review recordings only to improve the site. Cookies: _clck (Clarity user identifier, up to 1 year), _clsk (links page views of one session, 1 day), CLID (up to 1 year) and other Microsoft service cookies (e.g. MUID, ANONCHK, SM, MR).
Marketing — we currently do not use advertising pixels or marketing cookies.
4. How does consent work?
- On your first visit a cookie banner is shown with the options "Accept all", "Necessary only" and "Settings". Closing the banner with the cross applies "Necessary only".
- In the settings window the analytics cookie switch is off by default.
- Until you consent, Google Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode v2: analytics and ad storage are denied, no cookies are written or read. In this mode Google may only receive general signals without cookies and without a browser identifier.
- Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies.
5. How to change or withdraw consent
At the bottom of the site (in the footer) there is a "Cookie settings" link — it reopens the settings window, where you can change or withdraw your consent at any time. After you withdraw consent, analytics data is no longer collected; cookies already stored can be deleted in your browser (see section 7). If you clear the site data in your browser, the consent banner will be shown again.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Google and Microsoft may process analytics data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA). These companies apply safeguards recognised by the EU (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses). More: Google Privacy Policy, Microsoft Privacy Statement.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
In any browser you can clear or block cookies and site data:
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage cookies
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
Please note: if you block all cookies, some site features may not work properly.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the tools or cookies we use change. The latest version is always published on this page.
