Balcony Glazing Systems
There are two main balcony glazing approaches:
Cold glazing (frameless sliding panels): toughened glass panels (6–8 mm) mounted in top and bottom tracks that slide and fold to one side. They provide protection from wind and rain but do not insulate against cold. Best for 3-season use.
Insulated glazing (aluminium frames with insulated glass units): turns the balcony into a year-round room, but it is a different product — we do not install insulated balcony systems.
